I work with compassionate, sensitive souls passionate about creating a positive impact in the world without losing themselves to burnout or sacrificing their well-being.
My approach to coaching and facilitation is holistic in that I focus on mind/body/soul alignment. My work weaves evidence-based coaching with spiritual and self-care practices like mindfulness, meditation, visualization, and energy work.
Together, we will tap into your inner wisdom for clarity and direction, find practical ways to recharge your energy, and help you focus on what matters most so you can contribute to a more peaceful and loving world while preserving your health and self-care.
As your coach/facilitator, I am committed to creating a non-judgmental, open, inclusive space where you feel respected and safe sharing the real stuff. My coaching style is intuitive, compassionate, and action-oriented.
As a mindfulness-based coach, I'll always encourage you to choose self-compassion and baby steps over perfection as you move toward your goals. I strive to create an inclusive practice and value equity, justice, self-care, community service, honesty, authenticity, continuous learning, empathy, and compassion.
I'm a Professional Co-Active Coach certified by the Coaches Training Institute and accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). My training spans mindfulness, meditation, habit science, energy healing, resilience, health and wellness coaching, and cognitive behavioral mental health coaching.
I am committed to continuing my education and doing my own personal growth and healing work so that I can show up for my clients authentically and offer effective tools and practices.
Before my coaching journey, I worked in hospitality, the film/TV industry, and non-profits. Each chapter introduced me to diverse individuals, their stories, and unique approaches to life. These connections shape my work, creating an open, non-judgmental space for clients to explore freely.
Based in Chicagoland with my husband and son, when not coaching, you'll likely find me on a family walk, running after my toddler, or experimenting in the kitchen.
